## Notice

*Please note* this is for the consultancy work only and not the refurbishment works as Kettering Borough Council will project manage any refurbishment works. A feasibility study has been carried out on two large, identical blocks of flats which require refurbishment works converting existing three bed flats into one/two bed flats. We are now requiring consultants to carry out a full procurement process for tendering for these refurbishment works. This will include; liaising with local planning and building control producing full plans/drawings to submit to planning, structural, mechanical and service engineers reports, all associated fees will be included. The estimated cost of the complete project is around PS1,000,000 per block and is expected to take 2 - 3 years to complete.
