Detail of vehicles are provided in the accompany documents. All work to vehicles shall be in accordance with the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) Guide to maintaining roadworthiness - Commercial Goods and Passenger Carrying Vehicles (Revised 2018) and any other relevant statutory standards. The location of the workshop provided by the Supplier must be located within a six mile radius of the Council's Fleet Depot at Unit 28 St Georges Industrial Estate, St Georges Road, Donnington, Telford TF2 7QZ. Please note, it is not sufficient to include a statement of confidentiality encompassing all the information provided in the response. *Bidders are advised that pursuant to the Local Government Transparency Code 2014, local authorities are also required to publish details of any contract, commissioned activity, purchase order, framework agreement and any other legally enforceable agreement with a value that exceeds PS5,000. The Contracting Authority is also subject to the reporting requirements set out in Regulations 83 and 84 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
