Brief Description of Requirement The Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) wishes to commission a study to explore the impact of its investments in 'High Performance Computing' (HPC) infrastructure funded over the last 10 years. It also wants to benchmark these investments with other UK HPC investments and those of France, Germany and other selected EU countries (the selection will be discussed with the successful bidder at the inception meeting) so as to have a comprehensive understanding of the HPC landscape in which these investments operate Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
