The footprint may be extended at a later date to reflect a boundary change that will include South Cumbria. The Scheme will be delivered via an APMS contract.The procurement is being facilitated by NECS (North England Commissioning Support).NECS will be utilising an electronic tendering tool to manage this procurement and communicate with potential providers.
