## Notice

The Lead Contacting Body wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of Planned Preventative Maintenance and Reactive Maintenance of Automated Gates, Barriers, Doors and Roller Shutters 24/7/365 (6). Please note Derbyshire Police and Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Services will have its own contract with the provider, and the organisations Terms & Conditions and Data Handling Schedules are attached for review by bidders.
