## Notice

To provide technical/engineering suppoft in relation to the technical approval of highway details submitted in respect of Section 278 and 38 Agreements of the Highways Act 1980 in accordance with PCC's agreed Specification for Highway Works. To undertake on-site inspections of new areas of highway constructed for adoption under Section 38 Agreement of the Highways Act 1980 or changes to existing areas of highway made under Section 278 Agreement of the Highways Act 1980 in order to ensure compliance with the approved details and plans (on-site supervision of highway works) in accordance with PCC's agreed Specification for Highway Works.
