## Notice

Safer sleep information initially given by the Health Visitor will be reinforced at the fitting. At 1-2 weeks post fitting, a follow up visit will be conducted to ensure that the cot is still in situ, safer sleep practices are being followed and any referrals to other services are identified and actioned.
