## Summary

The Blandford Forum Town Council is seeking tenders for the "Badbury Heights Phase 2 Play Area" project, which falls under the category of park and playground equipment. This procurement is currently in the award stage, with a tender period that ended on 12th February 2018. The contract period commenced on 8th March 2018 and will run until 4th June 2018. Notably, this procurement was conducted via an open procedure, and the total value of the awarded contract is approximately £39,968.74, aimed at establishing a Local Equipped Area of Play (LEAP) for children under eight years old in Blandford Forum, located in the South West region of England.

This tender presents a valuable opportunity for businesses involved in play equipment manufacturing and installation, particularly those focusing on outdoor playground solutions designed for young children. With community preferences highlighting the importance of interactive equipment, businesses that can offer innovative solutions for family-friendly play areas are well-suited to compete for this contract.
