The Estates DIS and BIM teams work with the wider project team to achieve the benefits of an integrated BIM process. We will comply with best practice policies and standards. Coventry University are looking to source a comprehensive Common Data Environment system which will need to be able to support a number of functionalities and processes. The absence of any of the following features listed below would impede the University's objectives for this project and as such we are unable to consider any bids which do not support these.
