The assets include shops, offices, industrial units, warehouses, business parks, car parks, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sites, non-commercial properties, houses, farms, schools, care homes and libraries. The PS website lists the properties that are available, the development sites coming up, the signposting of other assets coming up and is also used for the disposals side of the business. The website is now outdated and needs to be replaced to enhance the service provided to customers. This contract will be for an initial period of 12 months, commencing 31/03/2021 with 2 options to extend for 12 months each until 30/03/2024.
