The BBC, together with the European Broadcasting Union EBU, will organise the Contest in consultation with UA PBC, Ukraines public broadcaster and last years winners of the Contest. Tender Brief, Designing, producing, and retailing new and existing destination merchandise alongside exciting, attractive, vibrant, fun, and flamboyant music, destination, and European themed festival related products, targeted at delegations, visitors, and residents, for the avoidance of doubt, not including the Eurovision Song Contest logo or brand. This contract offers the chosen supplier exclusivity rights to design, produce and retail nonEurovision Song Contest branded merchandise products during the 9 day festival period at three key locations in Liverpool City Centre including the official Eurovision Village, Liverpool waterfront and near the official Euroclub, Baltic District. There is also the opportunity for a second location in the Eurovision Village should the awarded supplier feel the opportunity is warranted.
