Following an In Depth Assessment visit in early 2018, we are rated at G1 for governance and V1 for financial viability by the Regulator of Social Housing. Since amalgamation we have delivered a programme of work to harmonise our systems, processes and ways of working in order to unlock the benefits which amalgamation brings.
