## Notice

The design services will comprise:(i) architectural design; (ii) catering design; (iii) acoustic consultancy; (iv) fire consultancy; (v) landscape design; (vi) principal designer; (vii) mechanical and electrical engineering design; (viii) structural engineering design; and (ix) fixtures, fittings and equipment consultancy.The appointment of the above services under a this procurement exercise will be from RIBA Stage 0 - 7.
