## Notice

Due to the specialist nature of this work, the Council is seeking external consultants to provide a property management service for the Greenbelt Estate, this service includes (but is not limited to): - Agricultural rent reviews and lease reviews. - Managing the re-letting of rural property. - Ad-hoc Rural Estate management advice including negotiations and liaison with third parties and enforcement of tenant obligations. - Rental and capital valuations of rural property - Effecting and advising on rural acquisitions and disposals - Feasibility work and associated option studies.
