## Notice

SCDC is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced interim Project Manager to undertake the role of lead consultant in a range of projects working with our Commercial Development and Investment team. The projects are commercial construction related projects and shall require a project manager with extensive commercial experience. The projects are based on a number of schemes and shall require a range of different services from RIBA 2013 up to stage 7. The environment is fast paced and dynamic, the project manager will need to be organised, structured, flexible, adaptable and be capable of managing competing demands and working under pressure. This role would suit a sole trader or small limited company looking for a short term contract.
