## Notice

The Council is seeking to procure an experienced and qualified operator to manage the Sheffield City Hall. The Council is seeking to secure a long-term operating partner: - to run a successful venue for up to 25 years that optimises the deal for the Council; - on a lease basis if possible, but the Council will consider alternative structures; - improve the current financial performance of the venue; - provide a diverse programme of events that will appeal to a wide range of residents and visitors in Sheffield and the surrounding area; and - enhance the current programme of events and support and grow the Sheffield International Concert season.
