High Speed 2 (HS2) Ltd is looking for expressions of interest from potential providers of an "all encompassing" HSSEQ system to capture incidents, observations, assign actions, carry out and capture audits. The requires system must have the following functionality: Web enabled, have a mobile application (which can be used both on and off line), incident reporting, incident notification, incident investigation and associated workflows, online reporting, the ability to export data to multiple formats, multiple language formats, administrable access permissions and be accessible by both internal and external users. Ideally the provider will be a UK based organisation with onshore data storage facilities. Closing date for expressions of interest is: 13.01.2017
