It is intended that 13 no. Public Conveniences located at Skegness, Mablethorpe, Sutton on Sea and Louth will be included within the contract, which will have an anticipated duration of 10 years with a further option to extend. Suppliers will be required to install payment entry systems at all locations with options for providing a fully managed service including income collection, cleaning, maintenance and all other operational costs.
