The aim Community Learning and of NLDC is to commission and fund local voluntary and community sector organisations to; * Deliver learning opportunities for residents of disadvantaged neighbourhoods that add value to the range and mix of provision available across the borough. * Provide residents with the skills and knowledge they need to contribute to their local community. * Demonstrate clear progression to other learning opportunities and/or employment * Embed the necessary quality systems for sustainable development. * Develop stronger communities
