The Service Provider shall be responsible for:- a) The investigation of misuse of parking cards for disabled people (commonly known as blue badges). b) The collection of data on badges that are being used on a regular basis within Birmingham City Council's boundary. This contract will be for a period of 240 days of enforcement service within the 12 months commencing 01/02/2023 until 31/01/2024. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
