## Notice

The works will involve: * Replacing the water membrane * Repair any decking where required. * New rainwater goods (Guttering/ Downpipes) * Renew Fascia/soffits. * New fascia boards * Repairing damaged Soil Pipes on roofs * Asbestos removal to impacted high level elements where required. * Renewing Loft insulation
