## Notice

Sheffield City Council require valuations for the following products: * Home Appreciation Loans, Empty Property Loans, Foster Carer Loans and Landlord Energy Repayment Loans o Basic valuations to confirm the current market value of a client's property which may also require the anticipated improved values of the property in accordance with a schedule of works provided * Relocation Appreciation Loan o Homebuy Valuation / Scheme 2 schedule to confirm the market value of a property a client wishes to purchase and provide a more detailed report than the standard valuation * Deferred Payment Agreements o Basic 'Drive By' valuation to confirm a realistic estimation of the current market value of a residential property Other Valuation Services We may continue to develop further loan products to assist Local Authorities in the Yorkshire and Humber region for other reasons. Therefore, we may also ask you to quote for other valuation services in respect of other loan products that we may develop. Should additional valuation services be requested in the future, we will undertake a mini tender with the suppliers on the panel to award the work as and when the need arises. We may also be asked to secure a loan on a property which is outside of the Yorkshire and Humber area covered by the scheme and therefore need a valuation report to be carried out. Should this be required, we will undertake a mini tender with the suppliers on the panel to award the work.
