SCC are keen to allow potential bidders to propose a scheme that best suits their own business requirements and Surrey County Council is keen to optimise the potential of the locations from both an income and amenity perspective Proposals must incorporate a digital format with a display no greater in size than 6.1m x 3.1m of either landscape or portrait orientation in the following 5 locations: 1. A25 Ladymead, eastbound offside on verge/landscaping at access to Barker & Stonehouse 2. A25 Ladymead, broad verge to front of Retail Park 3. Onslow Street, located in car park to south side, elevated to display to westbound traffic. 4. Walnut Tree Close, broad paved area near to junction with Station approach 5. A322 Woodbridge Road, southeast corner of roundabout at junction with A246 York Road Subsequent to the tender the successful bidder will be required where necessary to further develop the proposals initially submitted in order to: i. Meet the requirements of (and mitigate) any concerns of the relevant Planning and Highways departments in order to optimise the chance of a trouble free and timely delivery process. ii. Explore any opportunities to 'add value' to the proposition (eg. Council access to screen time for non-commercial, promotional/emergency use, engagement with local businesses).
