The current roof light system roof lights contains 6nr older wire-glass roof lights (containing asbestos) and 6nr domed roof lights, the contractor will be required to build over and around the existing 6nr wire-glass roof lights and leave the existing lights in situ. This is due to small quantities of asbestos identified in these areas and their removal would cause too much disruption to the current tenants.
