The successful provider/s will deliver high quality provision in a timely and inclusive fashion for children and young people looked after aged and care leavers aged up to 25 for the following service elements. * A Children's Rights, Advocacy and Independent Visitor service * Regulation 44 visits and reports covering a range of internal provision * Mental Health support services for children looked after, care leavers, their careers and support staff.
