The services include for: a) The service, maintenance and repair of existing passenger lifts in Council and Public buildings across the Borough; b) Carrying out ten annual services to 320 passenger lifts; c) Carrying out quarterly servicing to dumb waiters; d) Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Greenwich Foot Tunnels; e) Carrying out fortnightly servicing of 2x passenger lifts at the Woolwich Foot Tunnels; f) Provide a breakdown service for lifts borough wide.
