We require: Experience of adult education - particularly delivered to students with low level formal education Experience of working with students who are sometimes have low motivation. Experience of working with students with complex needs e.g. considered vulnerable or from chaotic backgrounds The flexibility to deliver training from multiple sites. e.g. Moulton Park, Wellingborough
