## Notice

We would like to develop: 1. Understanding the ability of the current regulatory model to cope with innovation and new products. 2. An understanding of where our current regulatory system might not be able to manage emerging technologies and products , including where our regulatory response may take too long or be impractical to implement. 3. An understanding of the characteristics of emerging technologies or products that require changes to current regulatory systems, and how to identify those when they technologies or products early in their innovation and production cycle. 4. Blueprints for regulatory and enforcement options that work for consumers and industry for those emerging technologies or products that don't fit current regulatory and enforcement approaches.
