Residential Removals can be categorised into four types; Tenant Incentive Scheme (TIS) Deaths involving the Treasury Evictions or abandoned properties Emergency Moves The total estimated expenditure on residential removals during the past twelve months was PS26000 and storage costs was PS20000.
