The purpose of the service is to provide person centred support to Service Users with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health needs, Physical and Sensory Disabilities, Acquired Brain Injury, Autism Spectrum Condition, Downs Syndrome and Dementia, who are at the risk of offending or who have a forensic history who reside in Wolverhampton, or are placed out of the City of Wolverhampton.
