Failure to express your interest via the portal on the link above will result in you not being able to access or respond to this tender. You must do this no later than 12 noon on 15th February 2017. We anticipate the tenders will be sent out on 17th February 2017 with a return date of 14th March 2017. These dates are subject to change.
