## Notice

* The Provider must be able to provide the following: * A system that is accessible to all 69 pharmacies within Nottingham City. Please note that this may fluctuate throughout the contract. * A system that records both substance misuse and sexual health services; pharmacies and commissioners must be able to access multiple modules from the same account. * A system that can limit access to modules/reports/invoices for each user; this does not include the administrator, who should have access to everything. * On-line and phone support to commissioners and pharmacy providers during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9-5) as a minimum. * The Provider must be able to travel to Nottingham on an ad-hoc basis to discuss contract management and compliance. The Commissioner will give a minimum of 2 weeks' notice. * A system that allows pharmacies to record any untoward or serious incidents, which can be automatically sent to Commissioners. In addition, the Provider must be able to train all pharmacies and Commissioners to use the system during the implementation period, and must offer a minimum of one refresher day per year of the contract.
