The Authority is targeting to have awarded the contract by 18th April 2017 with a subsequent completion date for installation of the four signs by 24th July 2017. A minimum 1 year warranty is to be included for all goods and works. After the initial 1 years warranty period has lapsed a maintenance contract will be required on a rolling annual basis for maintenance and servicing. As a result of this tender exercise, the Authority also reserves the right on an optional basis to purchase further related equipment from the successful provider in accordance with Regulation 32 (9-12) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. No estimate regarding the value of any further purchases can be provided at this point.
