The Customer wishes to establish a single Provider Contract for the Provision of Minor demolition work of some internal partitions and forming new internal partitions in new locations, replacement of suspended ceilings, replacement of washroom fittings, redecoration works, replacement of floor finishes, replacement of the main water boilers and air handling plant and lighting and mechanical and electrical works associated with the above. External works to form new car parking bays and paved areas. Works on site early January 2019.
