## Summary

The NHS England Primary Care Commissioning Team, through the N E L Commissioning Support Unit, is initiating a tender process for a Pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) aimed at procurement for GP services. This planning stage includes market engagement events scheduled in Leeds, Birmingham, and London on 23, 28, and 30 October 2019, respectively, with the engagement period concluding on 31 October 2019. The PDPS is set to become operational in January 2020 and will enhance the procurement of GP services across various regions in the United Kingdom.

This tender presents significant opportunities for growth, particularly for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) involved in healthcare services. Businesses with expertise in general practitioner services will find this an advantageous platform to engage. The facilitated market engagement events seek to inform participants about the procurement process while also allowing businesses to provide feedback, making it a collaborative approach to meeting local healthcare needs.
