This specification and work is split into parts. Review and methodology - Firstly, we are procuring a partner to conduct a review and gap analysis of the suitability and applicability of existing cyber incident exercising for the local government sector. Then additionally, to support implementing the recommendations from the review with particular focus on guidance, facilitation notes and additional exercises. Facilitation - Secondly, we are procuring a partner to facilitate a minimum of 6 table-top cyber security response and recovery exercises with six councils between January and March 2022 using the methodology, guidance, and exercises from the review stage of the work.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
