Details should include frequency of servicing, any annual inspections required, expected response times for breakdowns, what is covered and not covered in terms of maintenance, as well as whether a replacement piece of equipment will be supplied should a major fault be found. Final equipment specific specifications will be agreed with the successful supplier to ensure the that the needs of the Museums are fully being met with regards to the equipment supplied.
