The site is located to the north of Bridgwater off the main A38 Bristol Road. It is intended by Somerset Council (SC) to employ a Contractor to Design and Construction of 5no. new Carnival Workshops including improved highway access, landscaping, drainage improvements works and the demolition of 1no. existing shed at Carnival Workshops, Carnival Lane, Bridgwater, TA6 4SY in accordance with the Conditions of Contract, as stated in this document and separate Procurement documentations. The proposed works forms Phase 1 of an overall three Phase Plan. Phase 2 and Phase 3 shall follow in future phases and will be let under separate tendering and contract process.
