## Notice

The Council is seeking tenders to appoint a Professional Services Principal Design Team to provide the professional services to undertake surveys, technical studies, business planning and the design of a practical and economically viable rooftop garden and restaurant / pavilion. The successful bidder would be required to ensure that the Professional Service Design Team has access to all of the required professional services to support this project and would include (but not limited to): Designer / Architectural Services; Cost Consultant / Quantity Surveyor; Structural Engineer; and Landscape design. The successful bidder would also be required to undertake necessary project management The maximum initial budget element for the Professional Services Principal Design Team (this tender) is PS243k. The expressed aim for this initial budget is to ideally progress to completion of RIBA Stage 4 (Technical Design) in order that the project is "shovel ready" for the construction phase. The total current project capital cost is estimated at PS3.6m (excluding fees). Note funding is yet to be confirmed.
