This procurement is being undertaken by Places for People the contracting authority for itself and subsidiaries. Places for People are seeking to appoint 3 providers of cleaning services that consistently meet the standards required. The successful suppliers will need to be able to provide a range of cleaning services to meet the varying requirements of Places for People. Places for People's housing stock owning companies include Places for People Homes, Places for People Living+, Cotman Housing Assocation, Castlerock Edinvar Housing Association and Places for People Scotland Care and Support. Further information on these companies as well as other subsidiaries can be found at www.placesforpeople.co.uk This agreement will therefore provide Places for People with the ability to purchase and schedule cleaning services in a number of its' corporate offices.
