The venue identified for the interim use is 23-25 Merrial Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 2AD which is currently a dilapidated property. Refurbishment of this property has commenced by other parties. This will enable the themed fit-out to follow. The successful bidder will have full access to all refurbishment drawings.
