The delivery of this contract shall comply with BS EN 15288-2:2018 Swimming Pools for Public Use. Safety Requirements for Operation. And HSG179: Managing Health and Safety in Swimming Pools. The visits are to be within the months shown in the Schedule of Properties - Schedule 2 and shall not lapse the date given. Inspections are permitted to be undertaken up to 2 weeks early The contract will be for the period 1st November 2022 to 31st March 2026 Thereafter, the contract may be extended for a further 2 years (up to March 2028) subject to satisfactory performance during the contract year and the agreement of the costs for the ensuing 12 months.
