Arnold House is a listed building and currently comprises a tourist information centre, exhibition space, meeting room, kitchen, two first floor flats, garden and separate storage building/depot. Brief Expressions of Interest must include the following information: proposed use/s; timescale for the planned need; potential partnerships with local organisations; explanation of how the proposal would contribute towards the Town Council's Strategic Plan objectives, and an indication of how the proposal would be financially sustainable.
