This guidance will be published by DESNZ on gov.uk and engagement with industry stakeholders will be delivered to socialise the concepts. This should encourage operators to take action to meet the minimum criteria, and then operators can use a maturity model to assess how their site security can be improved in future. The measures outlined should be appropriate and proportionate.
