The Council wishes to appoint a provider for External programme of works to Roegate House, Bristol consisting of: Replacement PVCu windows and Balcony doors Repairs and recoating of the existing cold poured insulated flat roof covering Renew all balcony balustrading Carry out repairs to cantilevered balcony slabs and covering External painting External repairs The Contract to be used for this project will be the (JCT Intermediate Form of Contract 2016 with separate Schedule of Amendments attached Appendix C). The contract will have duration of approximately (5 months) to be agreed between the Council and the Contractor.
