Blackpool Council wishes to appoint a Contractor who can clearly demonstrate the ability to meet our requirements and who offers the most economically advantageous tender. It is anticipated that the contract will operate between 1st April 2025 and 31st March 2027 with an option to extend for 1 year plus a further 1 year.
