The contractro is to carry out the first phase of refurbishment works in accordance with the specification to include: o Removal of internal partitions and mezzanines. o Replacement of existing roof covering and associated detailing. o Alterations to external elevations and installation of roller shutter doors and personnel doors. o Removal of rear additions. o General external repairs i.e. to rainwater goods. o Internal alterations to return units back to 5No. Units.
