Marketing and communications through our domestic campaign, Exporters' Edge, plays an important role in supporting this. Currently, campaign leads are generated through digital marketing - content syndication, programmatic, search and social marketing on UKEF's trade finance page on the 'Tell us about your business' form. Leads are then segmented into two cohorts: marketing qualified leads (MQL) and non-marketing qualified leads (N-MQL) by the UKEF Marketing and Communications team. UKEF is looking to procure a telemarketing function over a period of two years to follow-up non-marketing qualified leads generated from the domestic Exporters' Edge campaign. The telemarketing agency will support UKEF in the triaging of the domestic Exporters' Edge non-marketing qualified leads so the appropriate support to be provided to exporters can be determined. The contract is to be a 1+1+1 arrangement at PS50,000 per annum.
