## Notice

Surrey County Council is seeking to appoint an experienced Estate Management team ('Estate Manager') to provide a comprehensive estate management service from consultancy and delivery across Landlord and Tenant matters, through to Acquisitions and Disposals of freehold and/or leasehold interests, to include strategic advice, option appraisals, market valuations, and town planning advice to support the Council's widest activities.
