The requirements of the platform are as follows: * No app installation required. * Secure one-time link, sent via text or email to the emergency caller to connect to or ability to access caller's phone camera directly. * Location of caller to be identified and tracked. * Voice contact to be maintained while images of the incident are streamed. * Images/stream can be shared with multiple users. * Still images to be available in lower coverage areas. * No data to be taken from the caller's phone. No data to be stored on the caller's phone. * Secure cloud hosted service.
